Welcome!
SoftExpert Training is a component intended for the qualification and development of teams and employees. It allows for carrying out courses and paths that ensure learning and growth for participants, which enhances their skills and adjusts their profile to the needs of the organization.
It makes it possible to organize online or in-house training, map required courses for teams, positions, and employees, in addition to conducting trainings by means of documents created in SoftExpert Document.
The Training component can be integrated with other SoftExpert Suite modules, such as SoftExpert Administration, SoftExpert Competence, SoftExpert Document, and SoftExpert Survey.

What are its characteristics?
The component is divided into the following menus:
| Configuration | Menus for configuring teams, parameters, training methods, course types, configuration types, etc. |
| File | Menus for adding training configurations, courses, and educational entities. |
| View | Menus for viewing courses, tasks, training costs, training instructors, mappings, etc. |
| Execution | Menu for executing trainings. |
| Management | Menus for managing training planning, training enrollments, and course mapping. |

The articles of this flow use a knowledge update training on information security. An e-learning training is held online, so it is executed and made available in a different way.
